- Sreelaxmi is MD & CEO of SATVETECH and focuses on improving quality of Service & Delivering Value in Projects. She is also a Director in ACCTPRO and takes care of HR & Talent Consulting Services. She was an Engineering Manager in ABB in Process Automation Division, GISPL, Bangalore until 2022. She has an overall experience of more than 21 years, has comprehensive understanding & experience working with more than 35 different countries across the globe. Prior to the same, she worked in Global Energy Consulting Engineers in Hyderabad.
- She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. She is an ABB PMP Certified & Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional who brought in better tools & processes in place in reducing overall cost in both delivery as well as time. Excellent communication & inter-personal skills, and people management skills. She received multiple awards for being Best First Line Manager, ABB values in action and an award on Leadership through Change during Covid times etc. in ABB.

- With over three decades of leadership experience across Human Resources, Talent Strategy, Governance, and Organizational Development, Murthy has worked extensively with organizations across Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Professional Services, BFSI, IT, Pharma & Biotechnology, and Start-up ecosystems.
- Prior to entrepreneurship, he was associated with Deloitte as Head – Regional HR (South India) from 2007 to 2015 and earlier with ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) during its high-growth phase, where he served as AVP & Regional HR Partner for South India. His early career also included leadership exposure within the advertising industry.
